It is a non-issue if he sees it that way.It is something he can overlook.
The property is not your elder brother's own and he is not even an agent.

It means however that he should only bother himself with what he wishes.Since they didn't bother to consult him,he has no business with whatever comes out of the decisions they make.

It's not a big problem. Your brother should understand that this is Africa and the younger ones are expected to submit to the elders. I'm sure that man would be older than your brother and he's gonna expect your brother to come down instead.

Although, courtesy demands that he should have come up with his wife to check on your brother and his woman. Well, we all humans and we can't have same mentality and character.

Let your brother let go of his annoyance because he felt disrespected.

@OP Tell your brother to let it slide, his wife will never agree that what her sister and the sister's husband did is wrong even though we all know it is.
