I don't know what happen to my play store. I try updating an app and i keep getting this...

Force close the app in app section on your andorid device.

Open your device's Settings.
Scroll down a bit and tap Apps management.
Click Special app access, usually in the last row.
In the next window, tap Display over other apps.
Select the specific app and disable "Allow over other apps".

Or open setting
Enter "display" in the search box
Select "display over other apps" from the results
Find the application and toggle off the slider.
