Well, the Arabs have poor handling of blacks, though not most, but do you know even Israel is Arab and they both fall into the same category.
All what I'm saying is that, in relationship, we negotiate and stay with who will profit us most, the Arabs have money that Israel doesn't have. Apart from investment in various African countries, Saudi Arabia( mostly individuals) has more charity in Africa than any other countries in the world from building of schools to providing social amenities.
