Foremost Human Rights Activist and Legal Luminary, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN) has accepted the request of late Timothy Oludare Adegoke's family to stand as their Lawyer to fight for justice for their breadwinner who was allegedly murdered at Hilton Hotels and Resort, Ile-Ife, Osun State on November 6, 2021.

Fanala did not only accept to defend the interest of the family alone, he has agreed to carry out his professional expertise free-of-charge.
This was contained in message posted by Oriyomi Hamzat on his Official Instagram Page monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, http://www.sojworldnews.com on Sunday, February 6, 2022.  He posted the copy of the letter written to Falana by Timothy's family and the response to their letter.
The case between the family of Timothy Adegoke versus Dr. Rahman Adedoyin will be a celebrated case that will attract global attention more than ever before.  Many interested parties are eagerly awaiting the second hearing of the commencement of the case in Abuja on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
Sons and daughters of Eruwa are already showering prayers on Fanala for his kind gestures to stand for the helpless family.
Meanwhile, Oriyomi has announced that the sum of N17.2m have been realised so far to assist Timothy's family to prosecute the case. But since Falana has agreed to fight the case free-of-charge, a halt has been placed on any further donations until otherwise announced.
