There is this my friend that got an interview with an organisation. He was interviewed by the HOD of the department he will be working under, next was another interview with the HR guys, he was later sent another invite to come for another interview with the head of HR.

He was recently sent another invite with the inscription as having the final chat with the organisation which he was previously told it was the meeting with the MD that is the last stage.

Am asking if peradventure it is the MD that he later faces, what are the likely things the MD would want to use and access the candidate or likely questions.
