From my own point of view , this shows the kind of politics the Easterners like to play . They like to always play the victims when they feel like they are not getting what they want . They bash and abuse whenever things are not going their way , but at any slight chance you let them have it they want to take everything from your plate . That's why you see the business they do is mostly handled like a secret cult . All the importation business, you'd barely see any other tribe go into their line of business. Take a good look at your environment. Now look at the bigger picture
