Stop rejoicing over kangaroo judgement, APGA mocks Andy Uba

The All Progressives Grand Alliance has described a recent judgement of a Federal High Court in Awka purportedly
validating the primary election of the All Progressives Congress held on 26th June 2021 in favour of Sen. Andy Uba as forum shopping.

Mocking Uba over the development, the
National Co-ordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, said Uba had again resorted to a well known old tactics of buying Kangaroo judgements in Nigerian court, saying the prank would not salvage him.

Obigwe said, "The Abuja Federal High Court judgement delivered against him in a case filed by George Moghalu nailed him politically and that is the reason he is now running from pillar to post to salvage the situation.

" That judgement stripped him of locus standi to challenge the November 6th governorship election outcome.

"For me, Andy Uba is drowning politically hence the reason he is in a desperate bid to hold onto a straw for survival.

"The report that a Federal High Court in Awka delivered a judgement in his favour in a case that was obviously filed by his sponsored surrogate is a medicine after death.

"My reason for saying this is because the Federal High Court Awka cannot over rule the decision of Abuja Federal High Court.

"The Abuja Federal High Court judgement was delivered first hence
the reason the Court order delivered in favour of George Moghalu is superior to that of the Kangaroo Court order that was allegedly delivered in favour of the demonic Andy Uba recently.

" The Court of Appeal has finished hearing in Andy Uba appeal against the Abuja Federal High Court judgement that is in favour of George Moghalu and they reserved judgement on a date that will be communicated to both parties in the case.

"It is only the Court of Appeal that can upturn the Abuja Federal High Court judgement and what it means is that whatever Andy Uba did at any High Court on this instant case is an inconsequential naked dance of shame that should be ignored by sane minds.

"Another thing I will add is that the demonic Andy Uba does not have shame at all hence the reason he is defending his broad daylight robbery of APC ticket.

"Ndi Anambra knows very well that he stole APC ticket to contest the last November 6th governorship election in a broad daylight robbery and whatever he is doing to cover such evil act up is portraying him as a shameless thief.
