JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking for a project supervisor with experience in the operation of a swimming pool and water treatment plant. Under direction, supervises, assigns, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for the operation and maintenance of the swimming pool and water treatment plants. Ensures compliance with federal and state water quality guidelines and regulations; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, contractors, and outside agencies; maintains appropriate work records including time cards and work orders; serves as technical resource for assigned work crews; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs a variety of administrative duties in supervising staff and technical duties to maintain pool facilities.
2. Verifying membership details of members and guest availing pool facilities.
3. Using excellent customer service skills establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members.
4. Works under the supervision of the head of the Department.
5. Supervises and motivates Lifeguard Shift Supervisors, instructors and lifeguards.
6. Performs a variety of administrative duties in the planning, development and implementation of instructional, recreation and fitness classes as well as other aquatics programs, sports and special events.
7. Assists in maintenance and routine pump room duties.
8. Monitors and maintains pool filtration system.
9. Performs pump room duties, including backwash, handling and installation of chemicals as necessary.
10. Monitors pool water chemistry through testing of water samples.
11. Adjusts chemistry as needed to maintain standards. Handles chemicals such as chlorine, celite, CO2 , and muriatic acid.
12. Completes daily and monthly reports; maintains related records and statistics for various aquatics programs.
13. Plans and organizes workloads of staff.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• B.SC Graduate in Chemical field
• Ability to write and review HSE Plan
• Possess HSE Level 3 and relevant HSE certifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
• Knowledge of chlorine and PH level distribution amounts and methods for pools, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid procedures and of occupational hazards and safety practices applicable to working in a pool area;
• Skilled in supervising, delegating and evaluating work of subordinate staff, prioritizing and scheduling work assignment and activities, oral and written communication, and in establishing and maintaining effective
