As a homeboy, I will accept the 30K teaching job in Ekiti, especially in a rural or semi urban area.
Because the teaching job lasts between 8:00am and 2:00pm .
In some days you may not even stay up to 2:00pm.
So I will use the remaining hours to run a shop/stalls that deals in provisions/articles .
Also in the teaching work, I have the holiday all to myself.
I will also venture into subsistence Agriculture, where I will only purchase some pieces of land and hire labourers to cultivate my own yam, rice, cassava, Cocoyam, vegetables and even sell some part of my farm produce to buy soup ingredients like dried fish, goat meat, egusi ogbono, red oil, etc.

The cons of that banking job are: You will spend more than half of that your banking salary on food in the work place.
Because you may literally won't have time to cook.
You will likely spend some of the money in the laundry store.
You will be expected to live in a high brow or posh areas u know.
You will literally be a slave as you will have no time for your self.
The choice is yours after all.

No time to seek for better opportunity.

You will always be occupied with lesson or lesson note when you should be out there looking for better opportunity.

Its a 9years wasted experience I ever had.

He should go to lagos. Get a room close to the bank so as to rule out transportation cost. Live minimally and learn a skill while saving as much as he can. I hope its not a marketing job sha ooo, else he should just keep doing his thing jeje in ekiti.
