Port harcourt seems to be the only city in this country where laws are never obeyed.why will a govt make a law and allow her agents to flaunt it. It will interest you to know that in port harcourt the law enforcement agents high or low do not obey trafic laws. Unlike lagos which and other cities, they drive against trafic and endanger the lives of other road users. Can someone. Can someone tell Ameachi to also copy trafic regulations from lagos? We are tired of the sirens in Port harcourt.
