It affects M.Sc students but does bot really affect doctorate students that much.

It affects all university students irrespective of level.

Unless post graduate students are learning in a secondary school or polytechnic, I'm afraid when ASUU sneezes, they would catch the cold

ASUU means Academic Staff Union of Universities. It is the body that controls all university academic staff in Nigeria - whether post or under-graduate programmes.
