Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos

Job Description

Ability to book and issue Airlinetickets seamlessly

Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received

Render excellent andunparalleled customer services to all clients

Engage in key or targeted customer relations dutiessuch as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.

Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
Package tours/holidays promotions

Integrate new customers monthly

Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
Prepare, write, present proposals to prospective clients

Arranging flights, insurance and Hotel reservations
Assist Clients on different types of visa processing

Keeping clients up to date with any changes

Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

Experience:

Minimum of one year experience in a similar role

Certificationby Amadeus & other GDS.

Skills:

Proficiency in the use of the following Global Distribution Systems:Amadeus, Sabre and Galilieo

Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends
Proficiencyinprocessing of Ticket Refunds.
High level Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
