Dewfalls Travel Agency and solutions limited in Lekki Phase one Nigeria needs the services of a Travel Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.

Package tours/holidays promotions

Integrate new customers monthly

Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum.

Prepare, write, present proposals to prospective clients

Arranging flights, insurance and Hotel reservations

Assist Clients on different types of visa processing

Keeping clients up to date with any changes

Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

• Driving the sales and marketing campaign of the Agency to attract more quality clients to the agency.

• Advising and guiding clients who want to make foreign trips (whether on Business, Tourist or Academic purposes) using our agency

• Prepare Documentation for traveling clients

• Help with ticketing and reservations and refunds
• Procure clearance tags at the airport.
. Prepare, proposals for prospective clients


The ideal candidate must:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree/ HND in a relevant discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution.
• Have relevant working experience in the ticketing, reservation and refunds, visa application process and tour promotions
• Be teachable and willing to learn
• Be living in Lekki axis an advantage ,
• Have very good computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, CorelDraw, Internet, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills skills
