As stated in our Manifesto and repeated during the election campaigns, I have committed to giving everyone who has the requisite competencies, capabilities, and relevant valuable contributions to the good governance of Anambra State an opportunity to do so.

Therefore, to enable an accessible, open, credible, and competitive process, I have approved the launch of the online system to collect information on available competencies, experiences, and passion through a platform; https://www.anambratalentdatabank.ng

This platform is designed for Ndi Anambra to “Express Interest ” in volunteering or seeking a political appointment or career in paid public service positions. This Talent DataBank offers a transparent and level playing field for talent search and team selection processes that are consistent with our vision.

We hope to attract problem-solvers with passion, competence, capacity, and integrity who are interested in joining a team of other selfless public servants to transform Anambra State into a livable and prosperous smart megacity.

We have a comprehensive outline of political offices, public service, and volunteer options on the Talent DataBank platform to choose what aligns with your competencies, experiences, and passion.

Please write in the relevant section of the form your Value Proposition that shows what problem (s) you would like to solve for Anambra, how you intend to solve them, and what makes you the fit and proper person.

This man is a typical example of a leader who really have good intentions for the people forget about those BMC shouting PDP have spoiled Nigeria for 16yrs and they themselves don't have any tangible thing as achievement

So long we still rigidly maintain our tribes, religions,
pay bride price, ask each other "where are you from?", believe we have some " rich cultural heritage and traditions", describe ourselves as "that Ibo man" "that edo man" "that hausa man" , call a single person "the south-south, another " the south-east" another "the north" etc....We are just rigmaroling in this country. Progress will continue to be far from us.

This is the problem with technocrats in Nigeria. They come with good ideas but they forget they are dealing with animals.

Technocrats always fail in Nigeria without a gangster behind them! The recipe for good governance is a gangster in power with a government run by a good mix of technocrats and gangsters because our people are a difficult set of people.

I will be pleasantly surprised if he succeeds and if this template endures because if it does it will be copied elsewhere but experience of Nigeria tells me it is doomed to failure of the usual Nigerian factors of ego, nepotism, corruption, man knows man etc.

The problem of Nigeria is that we are Nigerians.
