We’re looking for an online community leader who loves startups, social media and has good copywriting skills. A community manager will provide feedback to startup founders who are pitching their startups, curate relevant content in the group to drive up the engagement. Connect with other founder and promote the group on other social media platforms while managing existing social media channels.

We're looking for an experienced online Community Manager to join us who can help grow our online startup/tech communities
You will be responsible for engaging, supporting, and inspiring startup community members in the group, these are startup founders who create startup products that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities include:
Become an expert in the needs and motivations of group members and leverage your passion for community building to help client become a community leader with this audience.
Engage with the community, respond to questions, and foster a responsive environment through our group admin Facebook group.
Strategize, create, and publish a daily calendar of content designed to inspire and educate our group admin audience about new startup educational info/content.
Surface and prioritize community feedback with the Facebook Groups team
Collaborate cross-functionally with group founders to implement ideas that will provide a positive experience for group members.

Skills:
Experience managing an online (or offline) community or in social media content development
Communication skills and attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial, start-up environment
Understanding of Facebook Groups management tools
Copywriting experience


This is 100% remote work and all conversations will be online. This position will be available for 12 months and may be extended. You will be paid. And there might be an opportunity for growth if work efficiency is there. You can do this as a side job but you must dedicate up to 5 hours a day to it.
