POSITION- Head, Sales & Marketing Executive
LOCATIONS: Ikeja, Abule- Ado

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Coordinate sales activities at the branch level

§ Develop the sales strategy and initiate new ideas to boost the Company’s sales production.

§ Produce report to monitor results

§ Identify target market

§ Support and managing the sales team

§ Coordinate site inspection

§ Coordinate branches activities through the managers

§ Oversee the entire sales staff

§ Liaise with the branch managers on the ongoing activities in their various branches and how to tackle them

§ Ensure the sales teams are running seamlessly



REQUIREMENTS



Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc/BA/HND qualification.
Minimum of One (1) year experience in a Real Estate Company.
They must possess the passion to drive sales into the company.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding Communication and negotiation skills.

REMUNERATION:

#100,000 plus Commission on sales
