Endometriosis refers to a group of clinical symptoms caused by the growth of endometrial tissues, which originally belong inside the uterus but run outside. They can be scattered in the abdomen or on the surface of the peritoneum. They can also grow into ovarian cysts, which can be called chocolate cysts, or develop into uterine fibroids, which can be called adenomyosis.

The main symptoms of endometriosis are dysmenorrhea, infertility and painful sexual intercourse. These three problems plague a woman's daily life and even affect the quality of her marriage. Endometriosis is also a relatively complex disease in gynecology, which will lead to adhesion and can relapse unconsciously and easily.

As is known to all, women who often participate in physical sports have a healthy immune system. Data show that leukocytes, especially phagocytic cells, are active in female athletes, which can engulf the misplaced menstrual blood and endometrial tissues. In addition, exercise increases the concentration of the male hormone androgen, which fights against the effects of female hormones. Study show that women who exercise more than two hours a week are less likely to develop endometriosis than those who do not exercise at all. Female friends who often exercise can reduce the chance of getting endometriosis by more than a half.

Therefore, strengthening exercise can be a good way to prevent endometriosis. For average people, they don't need to do strenuous exercises like athletes do every day. Moderate sports, such as jogging, rope jumping, yoga, swimming and so on, can be done in daily life, four to five times a week, 30 to 60 minutes each time. Among them, jogging and jumping are the most effective, because these two kinds of sports have the strongest pulling and stimulating effects on muscles and joints, which can help to promote blood circulation and enhance the body immunity.

Besides, decreasing the number of ovulation can reduce the tissue hyperplasia of endometriosis. In the light of this point, getting pregnant is the most natural approach to improving endometriosis. If you are not ready to have a baby, you still have several treatment options, depending on the severity of the disease.

Medication, either alone or in combination with surgery, can often be used to clear away inflammation and reduce pain. For example, herbal medicine Fuyan Pill, which is a useful method to eliminate inflammation in the pelvic cavity and can also adjust the female menstruation. It has no painful side effects or drug resistance. But on condition that you as well as your doctor choose surgery, the surgeon can be taken to remove as much of the diseased tissue as possible. And you should make sure you find a formal hospital and an experienced professional to take the responsibility. Always keep personal hygiene and have healthy diet.
