At times I feel like crying listening to the lyrics and lifestyles of some popular artistes in the country.
Why won’t  17year old not cut off human head for rituals when we have a society that encourages indiscipline, wickedness, and inhuman acts.

After seeing the meaning of Olamide’slyrics on the Portable ZaZoo Zehh song, I feel disappointed in him tbh.

Maybe I should state some of Olamide’s lyrics on the ZaZoo Zehh song.

¶ Many many were wa nlé répété (Madness at high level full ground)

¶ Babéjé (Destroy the place)

¶ Ika (wicked)

¶ Éjé loju bi t’abacha (Turn your eyes red like the then Abacha)

¶ Runju pa (Frank your face heavily)

¶ Ma r’érin (Don’t laugh)

¶ Kala (frown)

¶ Daju (No mercy)

¶ Wuwa ika (Do evil)

And young boys have started doing EVIL, having seen how their favorite rapper and role model encourages and promote EVIL.

Our society will rather praise KING OF MARLIAN FOR SMOKING WEED LIVE ON VIDEO than to praise our esteem overall best student in UTME!

How can evil not prevail when evil and bad attitude are more rewarding nowadays than positive impact.

BBNaija gets more contributions of millions from the people, just for promoting immoralities, BUT the best graduating students of Kogi state are to be encouraged with just a cheque of N2000 each. Not even 5k..Yet, gifts of cars, money and etc are being giving to those who can show their naked body on LIVE TV.

Society is not helping the upcoming Generation at all. We reward INSANITY than SANITY. We reward NONSENSE than encouraging DILIGENCY.

All these are not what our society needs.. they prefer someone who can DO EVIL than someone who do good.

We are all seeing the result everywhere.

Time is now, that we all should start encouraging discipline, patience, endurance and excellence acts, which added advancement to the society.

This thing is getting worst on the coming Generations. Things are growing so worst, like a trailer without brake.

OLAMIDE NEEDS TO APOLOGIZE TO NIGERIANS FOR HIS LYRICS IN THAT SONG.

You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
Accountability, is the state or condition of being accountable or responsible. That is right. We are responsible for what goes on in our heads.

Olamide is not the cause of lack of basic amenities, unemployment, ritual killings, drug abuse etc. Go and hold your elected government officials, government agencies, etc. responsible for failing to carry out their duties.

Entertainment is industry encompasses many things and Showbiz is different from what you think.

Agreed. The government has failed in several ways but,

The Nigerian entertainment industry and some celebrities should be criticized for their negative utterances and influence on the youths and teenagers.

Even though the celebrities might not really mean what they say or show to their fans and audience but they must have influence some ignorant fans into engaging in such things thinking they're following their hero's footsteps.

Olamide said in one of his featured songs (Jagaban Rmx.) that, "You can't censor me, you can only my ban my songs."

The Nigerian music industry and the entertainment industry is way bigger than before. Although, some projects they churn out can be criticised but with reasonable reasons. You must also know that, Olamide is a hip-hop artist. I'm sure you know what rap is all about.

If you are a fan of American hip-hop (rap) music, you must admit that their lyrics is more vulgar (not all) than ours and at the same time, rap songs has helped me in many ways, especially a source of motivation to struggle for success.

Selfishness, Greed, Lust, Envy, Poverty and Bad influence from Celebrities will never allow people(in this clime) have power over their minds.

Rappers like J.cole, Kendrick Lamar and Joyner Lucas rap about real life issues and they're rich and famous, I doubt we have any Nigerian rapper that doesn't rap about fraud, sex etc

No recording pleases everyone..... When I release my rap songs.... I will let you know because you're someone.... Would you find it as the effort of no one!?

I ain't aiming to outscore any specific artist in whatever industry.... I know you might find this useless because I'm Hell in reality.....Victorinho is only appreciated by those who relate to being on the loose.... as he suggests .......do or die ..... being displayed through remorseless bars.....till whoever gets fed up while another person digests....to the extent of being mesmerized.

Fine!!!!
I give up on your case except by chance....... I don't usually think of dance.... though Michael Jackson was worth watching on the stage....I am not trying to sound smart.... it's vain..... what's the point...?

Who's interested in my story....??... What's the essence of rhymes
Talking about life....does it change anything towards death
Being down-to-Earth.............Is that for me to regret?

Spits on my date of birth..... I wonder why we met.... Nairaland is just another proof of nothing amazing.... which is the world itself...... What's special to invent?
