Well for paypal you need a checking account and all you have to do is go to paypal.com and follow instructions.

EGold you also need a bank account but not so much as long as you open an e gold account at their web site all you need to do is register with an e gold trader which would also be listed on the egold site and worry about the money transfer which could be done by your checking account, western union, etc depending on your money.
