Help Every experience java developer.
I tried to test run a java applet I am working on it compled fine but will not run. the error is applet talk2hb1 not inited at my browser status bar.
whats wrong?

try and go tru the above tutorials and then see if you can find your way out.if not you will need to get through some fundamentals before trying to run applets.

You are probably using Internet Explorer. If that is the case try Mozilla Firefox or if you want to stick with IE install the official Java Plugin.

Errrm not initiated can be caused by a few things, Do you have an init method? This seems to always be the main problem. Also, where is your html code? paste it here so someone can debug it

It is not the HTML code because, I use one common template for running all my applet.

@poster,the problem is nt with the html code, if try 2 run it with d appletviewer tool of jdk and it display such messages then u nid 2check ur init() method very well u must av omitted smthns or nt included some variables dt needs one time initializatn for d applet 2run properly.

Your last hope would be your code. Have you initialised the contentPane of the applet? If not then obviously nothing would be shown

Post the source code and html code!!
