Writing a Personal Profile that get the attention of the recruiter.

This is what you want your profile to do...

To make sure the recruiter want to know more, so they'll have to continue reading, but if it doesn't do that then your CV may likely be dropped, and you don't want that.

And that doesn't mean you don't qualify for the job, your personal profile didn't just communicate it well enough.

Your Personal Profile is like a Newspaper Headline, if the headline is well crafted it stops passerby and they want to read further by going to the allocated page.

Tips to achieve that:

• Don't write what you hope to achieve in your career, this talks about you, but in the real sense it should be about how you can help the employer achieve his objectives by showing previous accomplishments.

• Write in the third person, it communicate it better

e.g. Write

A Dedicated HR Manager having developed skills

instead of

I am a dedicated HR Manager

the former sounds better in the ears of the person reading.

Now to really craft a good person profile,

1. You need to understand your key abilities that makes you stand out wherever you're.

Start with that :

A Resilient Problem Solving Administrator,

Yours may be :

A Dedicated and Highly Motivation Administrator

it as to begin with the real you.

They are both admin person but they understand their core strength.

2. Check out the responsibilities and name an accomplishments you have achieved in that role

For the Admin :

A dedicated and highly motivated administrator having coordinated the the support of staff to the optimal functioning of the organization, by promptly carrying out administrative task, and maintaining relationship and trust through beneficial initiative that as led to the better performance of the organization in terms of productivity and profitability.

For the HR Personnel :

A resilient and resourceful HR manager having developed skills and expertise that as constantly contributed to the growth of the organization through seasoned approach in recruiting of the right talents and the training of employees to make them efficient and effective in their work engagement. Displays examplary leadership skills and maintains internal and external relationship which as led to the building of cordial relationship between the staff and the management.

Summary:
This aspect of your CV goes a long way in making sure your CV is read, so out in the required amount of time and put down a good profile.

But know that a good profile will only ignite the interest of the reader, the remaining aspect of the CV as to do its job also, if not it will be a waste of time.

I'll be posting on how to make other aspect of the CV sell you well to the recruiter.
