If I have 1k and want to eat a balance diet, I'll eat wheat, with vegetable soup and fish, with water of course. Wheat contains fibre, carbohydrates and proteins. The vegetable soup contains vitamins and fats, as well as proteins and fats from the the mackerel.

To break it down, protein is found in anything that bleed blood. So you can't get carbohydrates, vitamins, and fibre from animals. So eggs, beef, fish, goat, chicken, just anything with blood will give you protein and fats.

As for carbohydrates, the same rule applies. Anything that grows from the ground will give you carbs, even vegetables. So rice, sugar, beans, yam, fruits, even some vegetables are high in carbs, such as potatoes. If you particularly want to loose weight without going to the gym and kicking yourself with exercise, then reduce eating things that grows from the ground massively.

As for fibre, this one also grow from the ground, but as an attachment to other foods. Beans, wheat, rice foe example all have fibres. Fibre makes you full, it increase satiety and makes you less hungry. So if you're short of cash and don't want to be eating always like a chicken, eat fiber rich foods like beans, wholewheat bread, oats, quinoa and so forth.

As for water, that one is self explanatory. Don't drink soda, it's the most useless and dangerous thing you can put in your body. It has no single nutritional benefits except tasting sweet, increase your blood sugar level, causes diabetes and makes you fat and weak. So please avoid that liquid, water is cheap and healthy.

I once wrote here on Nairaland on how to shop abroad and get it here in Nigeria using payonner MasterCard and so on but things have changed and i wish to update on the newer methods.

To shop in the USA, here are the main requirements:

- An internationally accepted MasterCard.
- A USA address that can deliver to Nigeria.

For MasterCard, a lot of Nigerian issued MasterCards are accepted on major USA sites. I have made use of GTbank Naira card as well as UBA Africard and i didn't have issues with them.


For a USA address, why you need this Address in the first place is because Some USA merchant sites don't ship directly to Nigeria so you'd need a company that is based in the USA that can issue you with a USA address so that when your orders or goods arrive, they can receive it and ship it to your Nigeria address.

I have made use of two companies for the USA address but let me talk on an indigenous company i discovered lately that is as swift as the foreign companies i used and even cheaper than the foreign counterparts.

I use to have a video game center in 2013, I was robbed dts y it crumbled. Game centre is a vry good business if u know your onion. Packaging matters a lot. In mine I used to have 4 flat screen TVs which comprised of 3 PS2 n 1 PS3. I startd the game centre with a soccer tournament which brought customers from all unimaginable place to patronise me..it ws a grt experience. 32 players in the tournament,each registering with N500. Dts able 16k, 1 position went home wit 5K, second went home wit 3k third I gave 2k. The finals ws crazy, I remember it was on a sunday nite, I used a project n speakers outside the premises of my game centre. I made first half lyk a real first hlf..gave d players refreshment. The crowd there was uncontrollable. The next week my game centre was filled up to d brim..so bro I wish u d best. Remember advert/awareness matters a lot the tournament was my own form of making awareness. N mk sure small kids dnt come der in their school uniform..it cn put u in big trouble.
