Pls add "graphic".  Get this black rough stone (I don't know the name) and be rubbing it gently anytime you take bath. It will gradually wipe off the dead cells on the skin surface. For the incision, treat it as wound and take appropriate antibiotics (I'm not a doctor so I don't know the appropriate drug). Do you reside in the North? Cases like this are common especially during harmattan. |
