I just got a PC intel core i7,8GRm with processor speed of 2.40hz
Nvidia GeForce 4G dedicated

I think this is manageable for a starter who want to go into web/Gravic programes

The problem is I don't know which area I should go into
Currently on my mind are
3D animation
Gravic Design
And Programming abi web development

Please expert in the house which one is advisable to go for based on availability of Jobs and better rumeration

Well, make I help ur ministry small, go for the first option if u have a very creative mind, the niche is not as saturated as others.

U can go for the third option too if u think the first option learning duration will be time consuming.
