Yesterday , Putin approval rating in Russia rose from 61% to 69%. Currently, Russia have $650bn in cash and gold just in preparation for this.

If Ukraine knew they are not NATO members and none of NATO members would come for their rescue, why did Ukraine get so reckless with their utterances.

They are playing a game. They want to cause revolution inside of Russia. Recent update says they are asking civilians to prepare weapons and throw at Russia soldiers so that when the soldiers turn on citizens, they can claim war crimes and push for revolution in Russia.
