I know about Sat 1, 2 and x, those are not satelites capable of performing Live Imagery(Eyes In the sky) work. But mapping, still imagery Which was lunch during the time of OBJ and GEJ.
Choice of word matters a lot.

When you have a satelite that can transmit a live imagery back to it based station, or aircraft fitted with powerful lenses like the US Predator that transmit Live Imagery in real time, Then you can say you have eyes in sky. Not some mapping and still image satelite your country have.
