Everything is arrest to these bunch of wacks. The system has failed them and vice versa. They can simple interview the girl in a friendly manner and get helpful info in their investigation to pinning down the criminal. But no way would they have such idea aside arresting. Friends indeed!! Lots of young students are the ones in 9/10 pos stands, naturally afraid of spending a night in a cell. |
