The robbers would be confused now.
Like a popular joke I read a few years back, after the robbery, the young robbers were trying to count the money but the older robber told them not to count that the media would announce the amount they stole during the 8 pm news.

As predicted, the news gave the figures, but when the robbers counted the money they stole, it wasn't in any way close to the amount declared on TV.

E.G, the robber stole 20m, the news said 100M grin grin

Real money was stolen with the PEN.
----------

Those who steal money with the pen are hardly caught...
Pen robbery is preferably better than gun robbery...

You have recovered N37m or the youths have recovered N37m from the robbers. Is it not the same police and military that were caught on camera hiding during the robbery operation.

The most useless thing about black criminals is that they have less than 10% plan of escape.

Were they caught? ... are they caught 90% of the time? So what are you saying? All kinds of haters on this forum .... religious... tribal ...and this one the worse ... self hating Black ... need to be bleached out the race.

Which police and which trail? U won claim glory way u nor know how it take come, shey you've not seen videos of your security men that were hiding abi? Oga give kudos to the youths of Ubiaja that blocked the road and made the robbers flee from their car as reported by the media, those youths are the real hero's and saviour of the day and should be praised for their bravery, not some set of persons who are only brave when they see unarmed youths.

Trust Nigeria police. Meanwhile, the youths who blocked the roads should be compensated unless they have taken their share.

They probably ran out of luck. If not, what should av stopped them from making away the raw cashes when it was reported that they operated confidently for couple of hours with the video showing the way they are moving cashes into their vehicles without interruption from any arm forces.

MARKone:

Bloody good for nothing liars, police were on their trail indeed. Armed robbers that operated for close to 2hrs, robbing five banks yet these extortionists in uniforms, as usual failed to respond, not even a "banger" from the Police. NPF should give credit to Ubiaja youths that barricaded the escape route the Armed robbers wanted to take.

A Police helicopter gunship from Benin or Asaba would have dispersed the robbers after 6 minutes or so of their operation.

Instead, armed forces are trained, and armaments are acquired by Nigeria principally to protect crude oil and gas deposits in the Niger Delta.
