Electronic voting is used when constitutional amendments are being considered because they need a two-thirds majority for each bill to pass, so they need to get the individual votes of each member.

I hope they don't listen to Southern demands .

The Fundamental Human Rights Section needs four-fifths.

The fraudulent 1999 constitution imposed on this forced but failed entity by the vestigial reminants of the post-1966 northern military coup merchant clique needs to be totally discarded & a new one formulated.

Otherwise let's go back to the 1963 constitution. Nothing is gonna work until the economic, political, and geographical imbalance in this contraption called a country is corrected.

What of state police?

Very commendable. If they can achieve this, then they have done more than enough. Governors have stiffled this economy. Impact of the governance should be felt at the grassroot. The closest government to the grassroot is the local government. However, state governments have starved local governments of funds and thereby robbing the grassroots. No thanks to GEJ who introduced JAAC.

Well, the best would've been a totally new, and most importantly, a civilian constitution. But I guess that’d be asking too much from the most expensive legislators the modern world has ever seen.

Nothing in the amendment, the best way forward is to scrap Nigeria, Divide the country into three. Period!

A lot of this bills like LG autonomy and devolution of power in the power sector are good bills

I hope the Governor's won't armtwist state National Assembly members from supporting the LG autonomy bill when is eventually pass tomorrow

I wish INEC can be incharge of conducting LG election top.
