The libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gadhaffi is declared wanted after the International Criminal Court issued his arrest warrant for crimes against humanity. What is your opinion about this new development? |

The Court has no Jurisdiction whatsoever! Libya is not a signatory. It seems to me that after Family members of the Libyan leader filed lawsuit against NATO for killing members of the Libyan Leaders family,NATO now are trying to react with trampling on Libya's Sovereignty. If Libya has a civil war that is the internal Affairs of Libya. The Western world will face a credibility crisis very soon. It is obvious that Foreign Western mercenaries are attempting to represent Libya in Benghazi. Libya internal affairs must be solved by Libyans. 1 Like |

I'm of the opinion that if any arrest warrant will be issued on Gadhaffi for crime against humanity what about the rebel leaders |
