Job Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location: Lagos (Island)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements by scoping defining and prioritizing requirements.
• Mapping functional requirements to Dynamics product features and functionality.
• Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching a case management solution.
• Work with the Cloud Solutions Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implement.
• Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the Dynamics architecture.
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
• Participate and/or lead workflow and design reviews with business leaders and provide productive feedback and solutions.
• Create end-user documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Experience:
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel).
Experience implementing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM or Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics configuration.
• Microsoft Certifications in D365, experienced in D365 business central, D365 Customer engagement.

Job Role : Software Developer

Requirements:
· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
· 3 -10+ years of experience developing applications, consuming and developing APIs, and following technical best practices and design patterns.
· 4 - 6 years of experience developing hybrid solutions on-premise or in the cloud aka.ms/build practice.
· 3+ years of experience working with source code repository management systems, such as TFS, GitHub and Azure DevOps .
· Deep understanding of application development practices and design patterns, application lifecycle management and common software architectures.
· Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices including automation, continuous delivery, continuous deployment and continuous integration methodologies.
· Solid understanding of common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server, Oracle.
· Strong understanding of Agile development best practices.
· Strong understanding of software testing and optimization methodologies including writing unit tests and executing performance and regression testing.
· Proven ability to develop software using Agile methodologies.
· Proven track record of creating rich documentation for software solutions.

· Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through.
