ukraine was one of the countries in 1990 that had one of the biggest and best nuclear weapons , the US tricked them into surrendering all their nuclear weapons in exchange for protection in 1994. Ukraine is regretting that decision till today.

Ukraine used to have nuclear weapons when the USSR broke up. They willingly transferred ALL their nuclear weapons to Russia with a written promise from Russia to come to their aid if attacked and for Russia not to attack them.
So if they gave up their nuclear weapons willingly, and have no nuclear weapons program, where and how will they get nuclear weapons?
