So the AGF knows that extradition involves a lot of processes. How come MNK's "extradition" happened so fast? Or could it be that he was kidnapped? The rule of engagement about extradition is that if the culprit is facing trial in the local authorities aside the one he is being accused of for extradition, he will not be extradited.
