Who is it embarassing? The parent or the child? If she is physically okay then it might just be psychological. She might be stressed about something. She will outgrow it.

Pls take them to a doctor asap. It could be chronic Urinary tract infection. If not, get the girls some pull ups. That will reduce the s tench while building some self esteem.

Cut off fluids intake in the evening.
Stress is also another cause.A stressed up kid urinates frequently.
Then try take them for checkup if theres no sign of improvement.Though I highly doubt its a medical condition since they are bro and sis
Oh and the day they dont urinate, give them a small reward.Encourage them and don't let them feel embarrased abt it.It helps in building their self esteem.
