The Federal Government issued a warning to the Distribution Companies (DISCOS) over the selling of prepaid meters. This was said by the Minister of Power, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu, telling the Discos to make available the meters free to customers. “You will always have these kinds of things – like somebody trying to short-change others; otherwise these meters are free; we said it a number of times. The marketers are charging...they are collecting money to allocate meters. They should mystery shop them. |
