There are many scholarships available if you're willing to search and apply, although the requirements will vary from country to country and from institution to institution. Use google to search for scholarships in (country of choice) and dutifully follow up.

A major determinant of your chances for a scholarship is having a good university grade. If you have anything from a 2:1 it's very much possible to secure one.
