This is the kind of thing we need on the front page but they'll never put it there. Instead, it's Ukraine propaganda left, right, and center.

What we call Public Relations today was called Propaganda in the past. In fact, many governments even had Ministries of Propaganda, which acted as the Ministry of Communications at the time.

However, during WWII, the US accused Germany of spreading fake news and then replaced formed the term "Public Reations" to replace propaganda.
