See pay disparity!!! This is why it is always good to negotiate well when joining organisations without well defined uniform pay. Why should Lukaku be earning more than Mendy That's how one Wellsite engineer in my client's organisation resigned after just two years because of extreme pay disparity among different categories of engineers. Each negotiated their pay and when you come in and see what others are being paid, you go just weak. Just a matter of time, you will start feeling less attached to your job. It was announced on Wednesday that billionaire owner Abramovich intended to sell in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
