Any learning system have the tendency to produce a flexible system, that encourage and promote exchange of information among people.

The learning system works as it encourages everyone of the need to improve in their skills and other people's experience, and as it were, through which the people becomes developed.

In the same learning system, there is a greater motivation through which people becomes appreciated for their own skills, value and the work they do.
The same is true, that in such learning system, opinions is treated with respect on equal bases with understanding.

Indeed, there is such awareness of the role and importance of learning without distractions. In the learning system, everyone is more motivated to add values, no matter how little, that could encourage creativity and ,if you like, the sese of free- thinking that may eventually lead to novel solution to problems.

Taking for instance, in the learning organization, the workforce, no doubt, would become more flexible, and people would learn skills and aquire knowledge beyond their specific job requirements.
The same is true, this would enable anyone to learn to appreciate and perform other roles and tasks as it come their way.
Therefore, through learning organization or system, flexibility allows workers or people to move freely within the environment as it remove barriers associated with a rigidly structured environment or system.
It is also often true, that such system will ensure individuals will be able to cope rapidly with the changing everonment, the result of which is the sense of learning.

In the learning system, there are more opportunities to be creative with some level of avenue for trying out new ideas and the improvements of skills without having to care about mistakes. And indeed, such creative contribution must be recognized through which new ideas could flourish.
With new ideas that flourish, innovation and creativity is align, as everyone in every level became engaged in continual learning, as a valid contributions.

Being innovative and creative becomes the responsibility of everyone that allows learning organization or system to adapt to the necessary changes in the state of what looks like the prevailing efficient competitions.
