is this poster real or fake?

I'm getting disgusted with replying to these offers on NAIRALAND. Offers for vacancies are posted,one responds and doesn't get any response. This is the latest one. And,I'm not the only one saying it. Is this some sort of corporate hubris or what? I think moderators of NAIRALAND should verify some of these posts.

You guys will just post job vacancies and lock up, wasting peoples time.
