There is nothing in any African country and even beyond that you cannot find in Nigeria. Doubt me not;it's a fact. We have the good weather, the beautiful landscapes,arrays of delicious delicacies and good foods,amazing cultures and beautiful people everywhere you go ! The day Nigeria gets her act right even some of the so called developed countries of this world will realise that indeed she is a giant ! In Lagos alone,there are lots of incredibly beautiful beaches with amazing sceneries that could attract tourists from world over if properly developed.

True, but we've decimated our natural environments though. Most of our rainforests are gone due to lack of conservation. Cross River is the only state in Nigeria which still has most of its primary rainforest intact. Nigeria used to have thriving safari ecosystems full of elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs etc, but most of the animals are hunted to extinction or near for quick profit and meat consumption. Most of our beaches and rivers are polluted with rubbish and hydrocarbons. Other countries like Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa recognize that long term investment in their natural environment generates tourism and jobs. Poor rural communities in those countries are educated about sustainability and live in accordance with nature, whereas most Nigerians are averse to nature.

I agreed with you. I have been going there yearly since 1978 todate. Many good islands to visit. I have also been to ReUnion and Mauritius. But Seychelles is my home away. Thank you.
