Using Nigeria as an instance, Dangote conglomerate can stop buying sugar cane from a major farmer in Jos, and also influence other buyers not to buy the farmer's produce. To make up the shortfall, it could invest in farmers in Cameroon or Benin to supply it with Sugar cane.

It is a practical joke to compare wealth or poverty in communist countries to capitalist. In communist countries the wealth of the nation reflects on a greater percentage of the population compared to the capitalist country, which is why, as big as China is she doesn't have conditioned homeless people.
