You must know PERSON because all the directors, DG's level 6 and above has one or two unemployed graduates at home that needs government employment.

I have said it several times here. Let me say it again. It is 100% possible to get a federal government job without knowing anyone. I am a witness. I am a federal civil servant. I did not know anyone when I got the job.

Then how can one get it without knowing anyone? Is it to submit application at the federal character commission or the parastatals/agency/ministry itself?
