Please, can anyone explain why INEC is foot-dragging in obeying a clear court order? And why is PDP silent on this matter?

Dr. Iyiocha Ayu and other PDP NWC members should mobilize Nigerians and "occupy" INEC HQ to demand a new certificate of returns in line with the judgment by Justice Inyang Ekwo.

For those arguing that Umahi has appealed to the Court of appeal, my question is, "if a thief was convicted at the magistrate court, and immediately he appeals to a higher court, would police allow him to go home until his appeal is settled?" Or is a civil servant is found to have been working with a forged certificate, and a high court ask the FG to terminate his employment, would he return to same office simply because his lawyers filed an appeal the next day?

Or are we implying that Umahi is bigger than our law?

INEC has said, they're waiting for the true certified copy of the court judgement. That should be fast track. If after that, and nothing is done, they can occupy the INEC headquarter then.

Court will give order they will not obey just because they are the ruling party. And later now Senate president will be shouting separation of power just because the court judgement affected him.
