These companies have derailed from their core functions because some NIgerians are lazy by investing their funds such comapanies attracts higher returns on investment than bank investment like fixed deposits. Now both capital and interest are no where to be found.

I think SEC got involved the fraudsters became bold telling people that they are registered with SEC. Chinmark was one of such and it crashed as soon as SEC released a disclaimer. Now, others will be hunted now because they have taken this madness too far.
