Oga Ukraine is war zone now, any journalist that goes there must have signed his Kpai-warrant.

In wars, there are always professional individuals who still deliver their duties, examples, war-zone journalists, red-cross/WHO/health officials trained for that mission, normally they are not supposed to be killed except for stray bullet or the likes.
