One way I know to help him is house arrest more like isolation for a month,give him food,and everything he wants buh he shouldn't have access to goo where he can get the drug and the ones with him should be taken away,I'm not sure you alone can do this

Bro you're right. You know i used to have a big phobia for driving but when i take Trams i hit the road with much confidence and care and drive perfectly well and come back home safely. Trams motivated me to learn how to drive perfectly, it gives me the confidence to drive outside anytime without considering what anyone or any driver with trailer thinks now I'm a very good driver.
But I'm hooked to the drug now and i can't even sleep without taking it and the Damn restless legs. Mehn i wish i never got to know about this shit. It eating me up so bad.

He can't break a tramadol addiction without rehab and medical help. He has probably developed a physical dependence by now. Pls advise him to see a psychiatrist. And if you choose to marry him with this addiction then just know what you're getting yourself into.

Keep your head up bro. We'll get over this. I miss those days I would enjoy my afternoon sleep and still won't find it hard to sleep at night. These days sleeps seems very hard to find except with the help of tm.

I actually go my cousin out of this filty addiction last year I had to take him to Aro a rehab in abekota
It wasn't easy I tell you the rate at which he was popin the drugs,
was alarming he kept on increasing by a tab we almost lost him.

I had no up NEPA or down NEPA phase...for 24hours.
