Does anyone know how to make egusi cake? I am talking about the one that is usually made with ground egusi, pepper etc and baked hard. |

Abia and Imo state people use it as kola, it tastes nice and it’s filling. I don’t know the name and how it’s been prepared. There’s smaller ones used in cooking umuahia soup and that I can prepare. 1 Like |
