Win? What's the purpose of win? The country will be in ruins. Whatever victory Russia would have would be pyrrhic. Russian soldiers would keep encountering Ukrainian guerilla fighters. America overthrew Saddam Hussein but the violent insurgency that started made that victory laughable. Russia will experience the same.

Zelensky should give into Putins demands. There will be some wriggle room in the negotiation. But the sooner he acts, the better before more destruction is done.
