fergie001: I just saw that now. My source was wrong. I got the news from the Facebook page of minister of state budget and planning, Mr Clem Agba. His Facebook handlers messed up big time. They wrote president Buhari presiding. I just checked back and discovered they've edited and corrected it now. |
